Retro Computer Events are being organised all over the world, and now The Netherlands has its own Retro Computer day! This event was organised in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by Fred, John and Ingrid and was a very big success. We were inspired by this success and want to make sure that this retro event was not the last. So we decided that the Retro Computer Day will also be organised on the 26th of April 2009.
This time the ´Retro Computer Dag´ will be held again in Schiedam.
This show is not only for the retrogames freaks but also for the dedicated retrocomputer user. So what are these retrocomputers and consoles: Atari 2600, 5200, 7800, XL/XE, Lynx and Jaguar, Commodore plus 4, C16, C64, C128 and PET, Sinclair ZX80, ZX81 and spectrum, Sharp MZ700 en MZ800, MSX (Toshiba, Sony etc.), BBC Microcomputer, Amstrad, New Brain, Intellivision, Vectrex, Coleco Vision, Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, Philips Videopac, Sega Master System, Megadrive/Genesis, Dreamcast, Sony Playstation 1, etc.
You will find many exhibitors who will show their private collection and there are many collectors who are selling their double items, so look out for great bargains! Many collectors have already reserved their space, you can find them at the ´standhouders´ (exhibitors) page.

If you are an exhibitor or a collector and you want to show your collection or you want to sell retro computer items, then you are very welcome to reserve one or more tables. As you have might already understood, we are not commercial organisers. We pay for the location ourselves, but we ask a small contribution of 5 Euros per table (80 cm by 120 cm) to cover some of the costs. |
